The Lion's Den Café
The Cafe was designed much like a Cafeteria where guests can choose from previously-prepared foods like Pasta Dishes, Soups, Salads and Pizza... or they can order straight from the grill and have one of our Chefs prepare their meal right on the spot.
The Cafe also has a large double-deck Pizza Oven that cooks world-class pizza for our guests. Guests can select pre-cooked slices for a grab-n-go lunch... or they can choose to order a whole pizza for the family or group that wishes to have their own fresh-baked pizza!
The Cafe also has a wide selection of drinks - both hot & cold - and a "Grab-n-Go" cooler with deserts, breakfast burritos, and a whole assortment of quick & easy items to take with you wherever you're headed!
SUMMER OPERATIONS
MAY - SEPTEMBER
During the warmer months in Colorado, the inside areas within the Welcome Center's covered space is warm enough for people to enjoy eating in the Central Picnic Area - or on one of the many 2nd story decks found throughout the facility.
WINTER OPERATIONS
OCTOBER - APRIL
During the colder months in Colorado, the inside areas within the Welcome Center's covered space are colder and may not be suitable for people to enjoy eating in the Central Picnic Area - so we create special seating inside of the Cafe with limited space available. You can always order food to go.
